Mark Anyon is a senior finance professional with over two decades of experience spanning banking, advisory, and funds management. Mark is co-founder and Principal at Green Private Capital and has previously held senior banking positions with major financial institutions including Westpac and the Commonwealth Bank.

Mark’s experience encompasses deal origination, capital structuring, and transaction execution across a broad range of sectors, with particular depth in property, hotels, accommodation, and investment markets. He has a strong track record in structuring complex transactions and aligning capital solutions with underlying asset strategies and investor objectives.

Mark brings a deep understanding of credit, risk frameworks, and capital allocation. This provides a disciplined approach to underwriting, structuring, and navigating transactions within both bank and non-bank lending environments.

In addition to his banking background, Mark has held leadership roles in funds management, with responsibility for investment strategy and capital deployment within the Australian debt and property sector. He is recognised for his disciplined investment approach, strong industry relationships, and ability to originate and execute high-quality opportunities across the capital stack.
