What information do we collect?

We collect most personal information directly from you, whether in person, by telephone, electronically, or through other means.

When we refer to personal information we mean information or an opinion from which your identity is reasonably apparent. This typically includes:

Financial and investment information — information required to assess your eligibility as a wholesale investor and to manage your investment, including income, assets and liabilities, net worth, investment experience, bank account details, and tax information.

Credit-related information — where relevant, information used to assess applications for finance including outstanding loans, repayment history, and credit reports obtained from credit reporting bodies.

Sensitive information — in some circumstances we may collect sensitive information such as details relating to your health, religion, or ethnicity. We will only collect sensitive information where it is reasonably necessary and with your consent.
